Can I return or exchange a blind box after opening it?
No — once a blind box has been opened, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds.
Opened product is no longer in its original sealed condition and cannot be restocked. If your item arrives damaged or there is a fulfilment error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will assess on a case-by-case basis.
