Each character has an equal pull rate unless stated otherwise.
Can I request a specific character?

Unfortunately no — the contents are randomised by design. All boxes are supplier sealed, we are unable to determine the figure design without opening the box.

If you are looking for a specific character, check our individual listings where they become available.
Are duplicates possible if I order multiple?

We sell our blind boxes either by the complete box, or by single boxes. Any newly opened boxes are created as a seperate listing. 

This is to help minimise duplicates when purchasing singles from the same box.

Each box set has one figure of each design available with no duplicates within the same box. 
Can I return or exchange a blind box after opening it?

No — once a blind box has been opened, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds.

Opened product is no longer in its original sealed condition and cannot be restocked. If your item arrives damaged or there is a fulfilment error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will assess on a case-by-case basis.
