Fair Access

At Prism & Pocket, fair access means every genuine fan gets a real chance to purchase — not just those with bots or bulk budgets.

What we do

• We cap quantities on high-demand products so one customer can't buy out the shelf.
• We do not sell to known resellers or scalpers.
• We price at fair market rates — not inflated secondary-market prices.
• We hold pre-orders and drops fairly, on a first-come basis.

Why it matters

Pokémon TCG and official merch should be accessible to collectors, players, families and fans — not gatekept by scalpers or artificial scarcity. We're a family-run store and we care about the community we're part of.

What this means for you

• If a product sells out quickly, it's because demand was genuine — not because bots cleared the shelf before you got there.
• You'll always see honest stock numbers and clear restocking information.
