Terms of Service — Prism & Pocket
Welcome to Prism & Pocket. By accessing or using our website and placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

1. About Us
Prism & Pocket is an Australian family-run retailer of genuine, officially licensed Pokémon trading card game products and merchandise, including TCG (Japanese, English and Chinese), plush, blind boxes, keyrings, bags, backpacks, books, costumes and collector accessories. We are an independent retailer — not affiliated with, sponsored by, or officially partnered with any trademark or rights holder whose products we sell.
2. Products and Authenticity
We sell only genuine, officially licensed products. Product images are representative; blind boxes and "surprise contents" items by their nature contain a random item from the stated range. Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST. We make every effort to ensure pricing is accurate, but if a pricing error occurs we reserve the right to cancel and refund any affected order. Payment is processed securely through our payment providers at checkout.
4. Orders and Acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order (with full refund) where an item is unavailable, a pricing/description error has occurred, or we suspect fraudulent or reseller-abusive activity.
5. Fair Access
To keep access fair for genuine collectors and families, we may limit order quantities on high-demand items and may cancel orders that appear intended for scalping or bulk resale.
6. Pre-orders and Sourced Items
Pre-order and sourced-to-order items ship on or after their stated release/arrival date. Release dates are set by manufacturers/distributors and may change; we'll keep you informed and you may cancel a delayed pre-order for a full refund before dispatch.
7. Stock Availability
Listed stock is indicative. In the rare event an item sells out or is unavailable after you order, we'll contact you and offer a replacement or full refund.
8. Shipping, Returns and Refunds
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund & Returns Policy, which form part of these terms.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1 Our content. All original website content — text, page layout, our own product photography, graphics and the Prism & Pocket name and branding — is owned by Prism & Pocket and is protected by copyright and trademark law. It may not be reproduced, copied or reused without our written permission.
9.2 Third-party trademarks. Pokémon and all related names, characters, logos and imagery are trademarks of their respective owners. Any third-party brand names, logos, characters and trademarks shown on this website remain the property of their respective owners and are used solely to identify and describe the genuine products we sell.
9.3 Our independent status. Prism & Pocket is an independent retailer. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or officially partnered with any of the trademark or rights holders of the products we sell. This includes The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Creatures Inc. and Game Freak, and any other publishers or rights owners whose products we stock. We operate as an independent third-party retailer in full compliance with the Australian Consumer Law and applicable resale laws, and we respect all intellectual property rights.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, and without limiting your Australian Consumer Law rights, our liability for any claim relating to a product or this website is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
